Oakville Mayor Rob Burton and four members of council attended the official ground breaking of the IQ Centre at 418-450 Iroquois Shore Rd., on Thursday, Dec. 14.

The commercial/retail/office development will consist of three buildings with associated self-storage, parking and landscaping.

The 49,000-square-foot IQ Centre will be developed by Black Dog Construction and built by Penalta Group.

Occupancy is scheduled for September 2018.
