Parents and community members are invited to review and provide feedback on the Halton District School Board’s draft 2016-17 Long-Term Accommodation Plan.

The plan addresses the existing and projected accommodation needs of students in elementary and secondary schools for the next 10 years and also identifies new capital project initiatives, such as the need for new schools.

The Long-Term Accommodation Plan along with PowerPoint presentations outlining key points for Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville are available online at

The public can provide input until 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24 by using the online feedback form, which can be completed at or mail your comments to: Planning Department, Halton District School Board, PO Box 5005 STN LCD 1, Burlington, ON L7R 3Z2.

Once feedback is collected, staff will report to trustees at the May 31 board meeting.
